Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and overlooked the pool area, which was a plus. However, the facilities were lacking as there was no kettle provided even though I requested one. The location offered great views over the city but fell short on some aspects.
The hotel room was supposed to be a suite, but turned out to be a large room at the back of the hotel. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering decent value for money. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some lapses in stress situations. The location, despite needing some improvements, provided unparalleled panoramic views over the city bowl, ocean, mountains, and peninsular. The dining experience lacked imagination and effort in preparing ingredients but still served tasty dishes.
The hotel offers superb rooms at very affordable prices that even budget travelers can appreciate. The rooms were nice enough and include a proper working desk, plus a very nice shower. However, there were some issues with service during stressful situations.
The hotel offers nice rooms with a very affordable price, overlooking the pool and outdoor area. It's a 'Standard' room in the newer part of the hotel. The service is very helpful and flexible, always working hard to meet guest needs. The location is beautiful, providing a great view of Freetown, the seafront, and an amazing swimming pool. The dining experience was good, although it lacked a bit in excitement. The facilities are decent and satisfactory, catering to basic needs.
I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were nice enough and very well furnished, making them super comfortable at a very affordable price that even the layman can afford. However, the lack of facilities like a kettle was a downside despite requesting it. The service was exceptionally good, with staff working hard to meet guest needs, though they lacked knowledge in stressful situations. The location needs a few improvements, but the beautiful views of Freetown and the seafront, along with the amazing swimming pool, made it a lovely escape from the town's hustle and bustle. The dining experience was a bit flat, lacking imagination and effort in preparing ingredients, but the copious amount of grilled meat was good and worth the money.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms in the newer part of the hotel were simply superb, offering a great value for the price paid. The service was top-notch with the staff being fabulous and incredibly attentive. The location allowed me to escape the hustle and bustle of the town while providing breathtaking views of Freetown and the seafront. The dining experience was a bit lacking in creativity, but the copious portions made up for it. Overall, a great choice for my trip.
